The goal of this comprehensive program is prepare students to demonstrate the acquired skills necessary in a medical office or laboratory setting. The theoretical and practical medical laboratory education provides students with a solid understanding of their responsibilities. This program is only available at the Mississauga campus.

Graduates of the Medical Laboratory Assistant program are eligible to write the Ontario Society of Medical Technologists Certification Exam.

The instructional model helps each student achieve his or her potential and ultimately demonstrate confidence in the workforce.
